Booking Information

Pre-booking Essential

To book any of our activities, please call the office on Tel. 00 44 (0) 1534 638888 or e-mail us on info@creepyvalley.je. 

Activity Durations
All activities are based on a 1.5 hour session but can be extended to include other activities as required.  All customers must arrive at the Centre at least 10 minutes before the activity starts. 

Booking Confirmation
Unfortunately we are not able to take provisional bookings. Bookings can only be confirmed with receipt of payment.

Booking Payment
Payments to be made by cash, cheque or credit card at time of booking.

Parking

Free parking is available at Les Ormes.  Park in the main car park and follow the signs from the roundabout to the Centre.  It is a five minute walk from the carpark at Les Ormes to the Centre.  Unless you are disabled there is no parking at the Centre. 

Toilets

There are no toilets at the Centre.  Please use the facilities at Les Ormes.

Refreshments

There are no refreshments for sale at the Centre.  Please bring a drink/snack with you if required.  These can be purchased from the restaurant at Les Ormes.

Minors

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.  Our Instructors are responsible for delivering the booked activity and ensuring the safety of the child.  The emotional well being of the child remains the responsibility of the supervising adult.  Any discipline or behaviour issues will be referred by the Instructors to the supervising adult.  

Health & Safety

All of our activities may be physically and emotionally challenging. There is an element of risk inherent with all of the activities.  By booking and partaking in an activity participants are deemed to understand and accept that these risks exist.    

All activities are supervised by qualified instructors.  All safety equipment is provided.  Risk assessments and insurance details are available by request.

Your safety is our paramount concern.  The Instructors have the absolute right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unsuitable to participate for any reason.

Please note that some activities are subject to age and height restrictions and that there is a weight limit of 120 kg for all activities involving a harness. These restrictions will be rigidly enforced.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants meet the restrictions at the time of booking. 

Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs.  However, these must be communicated to us at the time of booking and made known to the Instructor at the start of the session.  

If you have a medical condition that could affect your ability to participate in an activity please make this known at the time of booking and inform the Instructor at the start of the session.  If you have a heart condition or are pregnant you may not take part in any activity that involves wearing a harness.

Clothing & Footwear

All of our activities are outdoor.  Please ensure you are appropriately dressed for the weather conditions on the day. Clothing should be close fitting.  They might get a bit grubby so nothing designer!   Mobile phones and loose jewellery must be removed. Body-piercings removed or taped over for comfort.  Long hair must be tied back.  No flipflops, crocs or open toed footwear.  Boots or trainers are best. If you prefer to wear gloves they would idealy be fingerless and close fitting. Some activities will continue even if there is light rain so it might be necessary to bring over trousers and a rain jacket. 

Cancellation/Refund

If we have to cancel due to adverse weather or some other reason we will give a full refund or reschedule the activity to your convenience.

Centre Activities (not including Paintball) - Cancellation by the customer more than 72 hours before the activity is due to commence - reschedule or full refund.   Less than 72 hours - reschedule or gift voucher. Less than 24 hours - no refund.
Paintball - No Refunds for Cancellations

It is your responsibility to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session commences.  Customers who are late will not be entitled to any refund or extra time. 
 

Activity Promotions - (Terms & Conditions)

Please note that any Activity Promotions are NOT applicable to Private Group Bookings ie. Corporate Events, B'day Parties, Youth & Educational Groups etc. and are purely for individuals & smaller family groups booking onto OPEN SESSIONS only.
